Long before RadujSki Cleaning was founded in 2018, Tabitha Raduj was learning about hard work, attention to detail, and helping others from the family members who shaped her.
As a little girl, Tabitha helped her great-grandmother clean homes for families throughout the Lehigh Valley. They washed, organized, helped families around the home, and sometimes cared for loved ones who needed extra support.
Those early experiences were reinforced at home. Her nana expected clean baseboards and walls. Her father taught her that cleanliness mattered, along with home improvements and how to work with her hands. At the time, they were simply family lessons. Years later, they became part of the foundation for RadujSki Cleaning.
As Tabitha got older, cleaning became more than another household responsibility. It became quiet time, a form of therapy, and a way to clear her head, connect with clients, and see the difference a little help could make in someone’s day.
2017 — The Dream
After more than 10 years working at a local pizzeria in downtown Allentown, Tabitha decided she wanted to build something of her own. Her boss had become an important mentor, teaching her about business, patience, hard work, and believing in herself.
2018 — The Moment Everything Changed
Then, in 2018, an unexpected trip to a local casino changed the course of things. Down to her last $40, Tabitha hit a $9,000 win and used the money to buy her first vehicle and open RadujSki Cleaning LLC.
She’ll be the first to say it wasn’t exactly a traditional business plan, but it gave her the opportunity to turn the dream into something real.
When it was time to name the business, Tabitha went back to her Polish family roots. Her great-grandparents came from Poland, and the family name had been shortened after they came to the United States.
RadujSki had a ring to it, and the name stuck.
RadujSki Cleaning started with only a couple of cleanings each week. Tabitha kept showing up, learning, and building one client relationship at a time.
Today, that small beginning has grown into company vehicles, teams of employees, and clients who trust RadujSki Cleaning with their homes and businesses throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley.
A lot has changed since those first few cleanings, but the reasons behind the work have not.
The lessons that shaped Tabitha still influence how RadujSki Cleaning hires, trains, and prepares the team representing the company today.
